MIDHCO also bases its relationship with suppliers on mutual cooperation and intimacy, and establishes the maintenance of relations with a long-term goal.

 

Supplier development and empowerment:

Regarding the creation and encouragement of synergy between subsidiaries, it should be noted that the structure of the MIDHCO is basically a synergistic structure, because otherwise it will not be superior to the other commercial models, especially the creation of independent companies. MIDHCO has also designed and implemented this synergy.

 

Partnership with scientific and research centers:

According to the strategy approved by MIDHCO and its subsidiaries, which emphasizes the transfer and development of technology and R&D, entry into the field of advanced technologies is pursued as a strategic goal. After the formation of the planning committee, the specialized sub-committee of research and development, technology and plans have been approved and its duties have been determined. In order to increase maneuverability and flexibility in concluding contracts and the need to establish MIDHCO Automotive Engineering and Research Development Center, we formed an engineering company and in detail in the strategy and policies approved by the company, partnership with scientific and research centers became responsible and practically became the center of activities.
